Pay and Benefits

• We provide reimbursements on your most critical expenses as well as applicable per diems. Your recruiter will go over reimbursements for items such as travel expenses, rental car allowance, and licenses before you accept a position.
  
  
• Reimbursements can be submitted electronically with your timecard. For more information on how to add these documents to your timecard, please reach out to your recruiter. *One license will be reimbursed per contract based on the contracted agreement.*

• Anders Group assists employees in obtaining licenses and reimbursing associated fees, including renewal of licensure. Each state may have different requirements, and we will help you through that process.
  
  
• Each license obtained while working with Anders Group is reimbursable. To submit the required documents, add these to your timecard submission or contact your recruiter for further assistance. *One license will be reimbursed per contract based on the contracted agreement.*

• Earn up to $500 for every family member, friend, or coworker you refer to Anders Group.

• Our travel healthcare professionals are eligible for benefits the day they become an Anders Group employee. This includes medical, dental, vision, life, and Accidental Death insurance.
  
  
• We offer 401k services through ADP Retirement Program.
  
  
• Two days before you start your assignment, you will receive a Benefits Welcome email that includes pricing, enrollment instructions, and any additional information that is needed. *Candidates will need to clear our credentialing process for this to be sent.*
  
  
• After you sign-up for your health benefits, please wait 5-7 business days for your information to be processed in our carrier’s system. After this, your insurance cards will be mailed to your permanent address. Please wait 1-2 weeks for them to arrive.
  
  
• Please note that benefit enrollment is not automatic. You must submit selections to obtain coverage.
