Supportive, friendly, knowledgeable, and always there for you. That’s an Anders Group Recruiter.
At Anders Group, we strive to put people first. Many of our healthcare travelers have been with us for years, because they know their needs are our priority. We strive to provide our travel allied health professionals, nurses, and therapists with exceptional professional and memorable life experiences through unique, rewarding travel opportunities, and generous travel pay rates.
Anders Group at Work for You
If you’re a new healthcare traveler coming on board with Anders Group, our recruiters take special care to help you get started. You will be assigned a personal recruiter who guides you through the process of preparing needed paperwork, credentialing, compliance, and making job selections.
If you’re a traveler who has been in the Anders program and you’re getting ready to go on assignment, your recruiter is right there at your side, ensuring you have relevant documentation, current certifications, and such. You and your recruiter will discuss what you want in your next assignment and where you would like your next location to be.
Know Before You Go
We want to know what your preferences are for your work location, setting, and goals. If you’re unsure about the location, Anders’ recruiters will provide a list of jobs you can sort through and decide what’s a fit.
Your recruiter is your advocate and resource to understanding the market, but we hope also, a new friend. Recruiters take pride in what they do, serving their traveler’s goals the best possible way.
Anders Group recruiters strive to help travelers feel connected at all times. Your recruiter knows that being there for you is not like an 8 to 5 job. They are available to help anytime should you have a situation or issue.
Going on Assignment
When you arrive at a new location on assignment, think of it as if you are working for the hospital and Anders. You are an integral part of the hospital team. Your onsite manager at the facility will be a resource for questions related to your assignment.
We hope that you will have so much fun that time flies and you may even want to stay longer. If that’s the case and you’re nearing the end of your 13 weeks, an extension may be possible.
Anders Group has a Clinical Liaison who is available to discuss clinical skills or any issues that come up. She is able to relate to your situation and advise you on how to manage it.
Tips for Healthcare Travelers While on Assignment

As well, building relationships with your fellow healthcare workers can lead to lifelong friendships.
Anders Group recruiters hope to prove that their support makes a difference in what has become a robotic recruiter world. We believe in being an anchor as you travel, that is advocating and always there for our travelers, both as a recruiter and as a friend.
